Structural offset side palm base fixing guardrailing to walls, steps, ramps, etc. The tube is unable to pass through this fitting as supplied. Should this be required then the base must be reamed out. Access to the top fixing is restricted. It is recommended that a threaded stud is fixed first with a maximum projection of 25mm.
