Delivery and Shipping Charges
Typically we will ship your order(s) on the day it is received, so you should have it the next working day. If you order late in the afternoon, it will ship the following day, so all orders should be received within 48 hours or 2 working days from the order being placed.
While we do allow free shipping for orders over €75, there is one area of exception. Due to weight constraints on our galvanised tubes product, extra shipping costs will apply. This will be attributed to the overall weight, and will be shown during the checkout process. The option is available also for you to collect your product(s) directly from our retail shop in Athlone. This may require prior arrangement in some circumstances.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, we can refund or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 3 months of receipt! The returned product must be in its original packaging and be in resalable condition. Delivery charges will only be refunded if a product was faulty, damaged or incorrectly despatched. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order.
Please ensure that the product is returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are met entirely.
If a product is faulty, it must be sent back in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the product return it will be promptly despatched to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will either fix the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product sent out without delay.
Please call (090) 647 2574 as soon as you have any issue. We will deal with your query as swiftly as possible. If you are sending goods back include a note with the following information: the reason for the product return, your name, address, daytime contact phone number.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
