Capabilities
The ABM product line can produce excellent curves for tubes of 1” (25 mm), 1-1/2” (38 mm), 2” (50 mm), and 3” (80 mm) diameter with varying lengths and are designed specifically for industrial sectors such as automotive, furniture, HVAC and oil and gas.
Servo-Motor
The ABM uses servo-motors to perform different operations. Servo-motor drives all key components such as bending, turning, feeding, and shifting axes. These motors are very efficient and accurate, ensuring precise results in every operation.
Multi-Stack operation
The ABM has a unique Multi-Stack operation that allows bending in a wide range of angles while rolling. This function makes the machine extremely versatile and adaptable to many applications.
Hydraulic Auxiliary Axes
The ABM is equipped with hydraulic auxiliary axes. This ensures better performance and reliability, resulting in higher productivity and reduced downtime.
Working with and without Mandrel
The ABM can work with or without a mandrel. This flexibility gives the operator the ability to select the best method for a particular application. An automatic mandrel lubrication feature is available for use when a mandrel is selected, helping to prolong the mandrel’s life and prevent damage.

Its 3-D part preview option gives you a realistic depiction of the final product, allowing for immediate correction of any potential issues. The 15” touchscreen PC offers simple navigation and direct manipulation of data. You can easily adjust the speeds of the servo-driven axes through the settings available on the control panel, giving users a seamless and intuitive experience.
