Control Panel
The machine’s control panel allows operators to easily manage its functions including positions of rolls and holders, and handling warnings and alarms. In automatic flanging mode, material is automatically shaped based on preset pressure parameters. Operators just need to monitor the process and can modify speed, pressure and positions if necessary.
Machine Structure
The BMB is constructed using high-alloy steel and assembled with MIG welding techniques. To eliminate residual stresses and improve durability, the body undergoes a stress-relief process after welding and the rolls are made of special steel and heat treated. To further enhance its strength and resistance to wear, the cylinder, frame and piston groups are all coated with chromium.
Automated Flanging
This mode automatically shapes the material using a bottom flanging roll once the material is placed in the correct position. This process is based on pre-set pressure parameters. The bottom flanging roll adjusts the flanging position and speed depending on the pressure values that are read
