Capabilities

Robust Frame
APSM machines are constructed utilizing FEM analysis, ensuring a robust and reliable frame. They are made of certified ST-52 high-quality welded steel. This particular design lessens tension during straightening tasks, making the machines not only safer but also extending their service life.
Straightening Rolls
C60 quality rolls, based on established industry standards, can be additionally strengthened using a process called induction hardening. This boosts their hardness levels to 50-55 HRC, which makes them robust and long-lasting. Following this, they are polished, enhancing their appearance with a sleek, glossy finish.
Control Panel
The control panel is a functional and straightforward interface that allows users to manage material rolling from all sides of the machine. It comes in two types, standard and CNC, with a digital screen, control buttons and features that can be varied according to selected optional features
