【High-Density Zirconia Material】
Proweld flap discs are made from premium zirconia abrasive, offering up to three times the wear resistance of standard red aluminum oxide. They withstand high temperatures and heavy pressure, delivering a longer service life and consistent grinding performance.

【Fast & Efficient Grinding Performance】
The reinforced fiberglass backing plate combined with strong adhesive creates a secure bond that will not contaminate the work surface. The backing effectively absorbs vibration for smoother, more stable, and more efficient grinding. A center metal ring ensures a firm fit on angle grinders and improves durability. The slightly angled face design allows easy handling of flat and contoured metal surfaces.

【High-Performance Grit Selection】

• 40–80 Grit: Coarse abrasive for fast material removal, rust removal, deburring, and rough grinding of valve castings, angle iron, steel plates, and other metals.

• 120 Grit: Fine abrasive for secondary polishing and finishing where higher surface quality is required. The finer the grit, the smoother the finish.
